Who we are
What we do
We provide transactional assistance to businesses. By 'transactional' we mean non-contentious kinds of legal assistance such as preparing contracts, negotiating with counterparties on behalf of clients, applying for and obtaining approvals and other similar activities. We practice Indian law and our lawyers are qualified to provide advice throughout the Republic of India.
Our Approach
We look to providing practical advice grounded firmly in the reality of our clients’ businesses. We focus on transactional assistance to corporate clients and prefer simple elegant solutions. We place special emphasis on attending to client calls, understanding their concerns, providing time estimates on
deliverables, keeping the client “in the loop” at all times and providing complete transparency to the work-in-progress.

Continuing professional education is, therefore, an integral part of our practice. Attending workshops, presenting research papers in seminars, writing articles on subjects of contemporary interest are some of the ways in which we
keep abreast of the latest developments in their chosen areas of specialization.
